Welcome
to the fresh new sound of Brighton’s The Wonderfuls. The
band’s combination of guitar based quirk pop with the beats
of legendary Breakbeat DnB producer Conrad Shafie (AKA Blame,
veteran of the UK Drum n Bass scene previously signed to
Goldie’s Metalheads label and LTJ Bukem’s Good Looking
Records) gives a unique sound previously left unexplored by
the current crop of UK bands.
With a hint of old school blues, Stax grooves, and a bang up
to date 21st century production style, the resulting sound is
a refreshing blend of the old and new.
